BGCU System Upgrade Resource Page

We're thrilled to announce a recent significant upgrade to our systems, designed to enhance your experience as a Badger-Globe Credit Union member. These improvements are crucial to ensuring our services continue to run smoothly and securely. See important updates below to stay informed on how these changes may affect you.

What’s Changed and How It May Affect You

    • Transition to New Services: Our new online banking platform is now available. Our new mobile app is also ready for download! Get the direct links for our new iPhone or Android apps here.

    • Action Required: After October 2, you will be prompted to re-enroll in online banking. ALL MEMBERS MUST RE-ENROLL (old online banking credentials that were used prior to the system upgrade will not work).

    • Badger Globe Credit Union now offers remote deposit services through our new & improved mobile app! Simply download the new mobile app, then use the ‘Deposit’ option within the app.

    • Action Required: Be sure to sign the back of the check, then write "For Mobile Deposit Only - Badger Globe CU" under your signature to properly endorse the check for mobile deposit.

    • Our new & improved Bill Pay is now up and running within BGCU's Online Banking system. To access Bill Pay, members must re-enroll in online banking, following the October system upgrade.

    • Auto transfers that were setup by members on the old online banking system did not carry over to the new system on 10/2. Members can schedule new automatic transfers to savings and loans by clicking on 'Transfers' in online banking.

    • ATM and debit cards are functioning as usual following the system upgrade.

    • All 9/30 quarterly statements will be printed and mailed to members in October. Expect slight delays with statement processing and mailing during the month of October. E-statement history prior to 9/30 is not available in the new online banking system due to the conversion.

    • Action Required: Members who were enrolled in e-statements prior to conversion will need to sign up for e-statements within the new online banking system to receive e-statements.

    • Shared branching services are fully functioning for BGCU members and shared branchers who wish to perform transactions at our credit union.

    • Type 92 Christmas Club account funds were transferred on 11/1 as usual, so members now have full access to these funds.

    • Change in Payment Processing: Starting October 1, monthly payments on BGCU line of credit loans (such as HELOC and Kwik Cash) must include both principal and interest. “Principal only” payments will no longer advance the loan’s due date.

    • Action Required: : Ensure regular payments reflect both principal and interest.

    • BART (Badger-Globe Audio Response Teller) is discontinued as of 9/30. Moving forward, please use online banking or contact us directly (920) 722-2122 to perform transactions.
